每天勤保養這事 醫美真替不了
我是每週一/四晚上固定大保養（泥膜，粉膜），其餘就敷一次早上看心情，這樣每月大概面膜消耗量是30片，半年基本上至少能用完快200片。
所以囤面膜我會按照三個月左右來安排
畢竟總出新的，途中很可能還想試試別的東西
夏季對混合性/油皮人 真的非常不友好！
